Colombia is one of the largest coffee producers in the world, they have a great variety of different coffees. Pachamama is one of our favorites. We have found that this bean deserves a medium roast. Pachamama is a goddess revered by the indigenous people of the Andes. She is also known as the earth/time mother. In Inca mythology, Pachamama is a fertility goddess who presides over planting and harvesting, embodies the mountains, and causes earthquakes. She is also an ever-present and independent deity who has her own creative power to sustain life on this earth. Her shrines are hallowed rocks or the boles of legendary trees, and artists envision her as an adult female bearing harvests.

A great addition to the Naked Roaster lineup – I’ll definitely be getting this on a regular order as it makes for an excellent Americano. The only problem with this launch is there is too much choice!

Absolutely brilliant coffee and service! Beans were roasted on 30th July and arrived 31st. Coffee is fantastic and goes really well in a latte or on its own as an americano. Would highly recommend the Naked Roaster Coffee as you’re guaranteed to get great tasting coffee and fantastic service from a local company!
