This exceptional coffee comes from smallholder farms in Kenta, Goroka, Eastern Highlands in Papua New Guinea. Grown at an altitude of 1,600 m above sea level, this A/X grade coffee is a blend of Typica, Arusha, and Bourbon varietals. This coffee is washed, giving it a very nice soft citric acidity, delicate body, and high sweetness. Tasting notes include brown sugar and red berries.
