in Benefico San Marcos, coffee beans are handpicked, then washed and fermented for 10 hours before transporting. They are then dried on a variety of raised beds, tarpaulins or poly tunnels for 10 days. Quality is guaranteed as dry milling, processing and storage are all on-site.
