The finer details…

The peaberry, which typically originates from the Cabo Verde region of Minas Gerais, is a product of a collaboration between a few farms that are located nearby. Because it is formed when the bean that is normally included within the cherry fails to split into two sections, it is frequently promoted as having the ability to obtain additional nutrients and so perform better in the cup. Excellent locations for the cultivation of coffee are those that have an average altitude of 950 metres, a climate that clearly distinguishes between the four seasons, low humidity, and favourable temperatures.

One of those well-kept coffee industry secrets that, to be honest, doesn’t get quite the amount of attention that it should.
