The finer details…
Brazil is the largest producer of coffee in the world and this Santos bean (named after its port) is considered to be a consistently good Brazilian coffee. The coffee beans are hand-picked and dry processed, which involves removing the beans from the cherries once dried. This method allows the sweetness of the fruit to carry through to the cup. This coffee is widely used around the world on its own and in espresso blends.

My go to bean for roasting as new to it, this has great tasting notes, easy to roast, difficult to hear that all important first crack but that may be my machine, but easy to see the process so no problems, the service from Naked Roasters is very good!
